How long delivery will take?
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Note: 1.For rush delivery.If you need the dress less than 7 or 15 days. Please note us the date you need the dress. we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time. 2.For some styles with complicate beading and hand work. it may take few more days for processing.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all over the world. Dresses shipped via DHL.UPS.TNT.EMS. Normally it will arrive in 5-10 days after we ship it.
What payment methods do you currently accept?
We currently accept payment via PayPal and Credit/Debit Card

Q: Can I change the style of the dress? Any extra cost?
A: Yes. styles can be customized as your request. The cost depends on what kind of change you need. Normally it will cost extra $10-$30. Please email us for details.
Q: Do you have real stores? Where can I try the dress on? I am a bit nervous to order the dress online without trying it on first.
A: We are so sorry but we do not have real stores in your place and we just do online business. We make high quality dresses in accordance with the pictures. While shopping online. you can also enjoy more competitive prices. Please feel free to contact us and we are willing to give you some professional suggestions.
Q: Can I change the size and color for my dresses after payment?
A: Size and color can be changed within 24hours after you ordered .
Q: What does "hollow to floor" mean. I am hoping to put in the custom order.
A: Hollow to Floor is the length from your hollow (center of the collarbone) to the floor. When you measure it. please take the tape from your front. with bare foot. You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
Q: Can I cancel the order after payment?
A: Order can be cancelled within 24hours after you ordered .Over 24 hours . the order can not be cancelled anymore .because we already started to make it . thanks for your understanding .
Return Policy：
We have an easy return/exchange process! You may return this item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
A. Product must be unworn and only tried on for fit and sizing.
NO Refund : Worn. Perfumed or Altered garments.
B. Item must be returned(means applied and started to return)within 7 days of accepting the delivery.It is buyers' responsibility to pay the return or exchange postage.
NO Refund : Over 7 Days still not returned.
C. When you making a return. please include a note with your name. address. and order number.a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

NumberSea will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return.
FOR ALL STANDARD SIZE DRESSES, SHOES, AND ACCESSORIES:
NumberSea will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).
Please note:
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.
* Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
* As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

At NumberSea, we understand that you may want the dress to ideal fit! To help you out, we offer custom sizing on most of our dresses. Custom sizing takes the same amount of time to make and ship to you!
A few things to remember about custom dresses:
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.
We understand that sometimes small alterations are needed, we offer limited alterations reimbursement for only our custom sizes. Simply send us a picture of your receipt from the tailor and your order number and we'll do the rest! Yes, it really is that easy!
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. You will need to return unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement items. All new orders are subject to the current production period.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 7 days from receiving the return form.
3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
Please note:
* We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition.
* We cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
* We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.

Before your order is shipped, numbersea.com has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

Processing Time
The process time is 8-11 days for Wedding Party, Special Occasion & Celebrity Dresses, and 11-13 days for Wedding Dresses.
Shipping Time
It takes about 3-15 working days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, USPS, etc) standard and the shipping method you have chosen.
Expedited Shipping
This shipping method is the fastest available. Delivery times are between 2-6 days to all major destinations. Shipping cost varies for different items.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Delivery times are between 3-8 days to all major destinations.
Super Saving Shipping
