If you know your body size very well and it is not convenient to re-measure your body, you can choose to order your wedding dress according to the standard size. Shipping time: 4-10 days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL
Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing.
Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems.But if the you get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.

8: Return Policy

Almost all the products can be returned except the custom made ones. Please keep the dress brand new with original tags and label on. Please contact us before you sent the dress back!We will give you the return details.
1. If you find the dress in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the skirt. You can return and refund or change the skirt.
2. If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the skirt. You can return and refund or change the skirt.
3.If it is not the quality problem, we will deduct the postage when we refund you.
4.Product must be unworn and in the original condition even after tried on for fit and size.
5.Product can not Refund: Worn, Perfumed, Altered or without the original Brand&Labels.

سياسة التبديل

لا نقدم خدمة التبديل لأي منتجات في الوقت الحالي. بما أن جميع القطع تُصنع حسب الطلب، لا توجد لدينا فساتين أو منتجات جاهزة يمكن شحنها كبديل للقطع المعادة. ستحتاج إلى إرجاع القطع غير المرغوب فيها (إذا كانت مؤهلة حسب سياسة الإرجاع)، ثم تقديم طلب جديد للقطع البديلة. جميع الطلبات الجديدة تخضع لفترة الإنتاج الحالية.

كيفية الإرجاع

1. قدّم طلب إرجاع عبر صفحة اتصل بنا لخدمة العملاء خلال 7 أيام من استلام طلبك. يرجى تضمين سبب الإرجاع وصور للتحقق.

2. بعد الموافقة على طلبك، سيتم إرسال نموذج إرجاع يجب إرفاقه مع القطعة المُعادة. يرجى إرسال القطعة عبر البريد المحلي خلال 7 أيام من استلام نموذج الإرجاع.

3. عند استلام الطرد المُعاد، سيتم فحص القطعة للتأكد من حالتها الأصلية ووجود المشاكل المذكورة في طلب الإرجاع.

4. بعد التأكد، سيتم رد المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10-15 يوماً (تعتمد مدة المعالجة على طريقة الدفع والبنك).
