1. Envíe una solicitud de devolución a través de la sección "Contáctenos" del Servicio de Atención al Cliente dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la recepción de su pedido. Incluya el motivo de la devolución y fotografías para su verificación.
2. Una vez aprobada su solicitud, le enviaremos un formulario de devolución que deberá adjuntar a su devolución. Envíe su(s) artículo(s) por correo postal local dentro de los 7 días siguientes a la recepción del formulario.
3. Cuando recibamos el paquete devuelto, inspeccionaremos el/los artículo(s) para garantizar que esté(n) en su estado original y tenga(n) los problemas indicados en la solicitud de devolución.
4. Una vez confirmado, el reembolso se acreditará nuevamente al método de pago original dentro de 10 a 15 días (el tiempo de procesamiento depende de su método de pago y banco).
Tenga en cuenta:
* Nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar la devolución si se recibe en una condición inaceptable.
*No podemos procesar ningún producto que sea devuelto sin nuestro conocimiento previo.
* No seremos responsables de los artículos devueltos que se pierdan o dañen, conserve el recibo con la información de seguimiento.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
Todos nuestros artículos se fabrican bajo pedido, incluidos los de tamaño estándar, teniendo esto en cuenta, consulte nuestra política de cancelación a continuación:
Los pedidos no pagados se cancelan automáticamente después de 5 días.
Cancele el pedido dentro de las 24 horas posteriores al pago para obtener un reembolso completo.
Cancelar pedido entre 24 y 72 horas después del pago: reembolso del 80% + tarifa de envío.
Cancelar pedido entre 72 y 120 horas después del pago: reembolso del 70% + tarifa de envío.
Cancelar pedido > 120 horas después del pago: 60% de reembolso + tarifa de envío.
Una vez enviado su pedido no podrá cancelarse.
